This workshop will focus on learning safe knife skills, working with hot peppers, using fresh local ingredients in season, and making homemade salsa & chips!

Workshop leader Judy Donnelly will guide you through preparing three different salsa recipes – a fruit salsa, a traditional tomato salsa, and a carrot pepper salsa.  We’ll make our own chips for dipping from corn flour tortillas, too!

You’ll receive a copy of all recipes used at this workshop, plus salsa to take home. Space is limited to 12 people, so please register early to avoid disappointment!

COST:  $10

WHAT TO BRING:  3 – pint (500 ml) jars or similar-sized containers with lids for taking home your salsa.
